Does your department currently own any Tableau Developer licenses? Provide details of any licenses your department currently owns, such as Desktop, Creator, or Server licenses. Number of Interactors expected to access dashboards and data sources Interactors can edit existing dashboards or create their own dashboards using data sources published by Developers. Number of Viewers expected to access dashboards Viewers can view and filter existing dashboards, but cannot edit or create dashboards. Data Source Details Data Source Types Describe the types of data sources you will connect to. For example: Oracle, SQL Server, Excel, or web data. Data Source Description Describe the business context of your data. For example: financial, clinical, quality, education, or research. Data Classification Type Select the classification type of your data: P1, P2, P3, or P4. Are you authorized to access the data? Confirm whether you currently have approval from the data owner to use the data. Business Use Case Describe your business use case or the problem you are trying to solve Do you plan to share your dashboards and data sources outside your department?
